Team Leader required to provide technical expertise and input to complex issues and will plan and schedule work and supervise a group of staff on a day-to-day basis ensuring quality, productivity and system availability objectives are met in order to maintain and improve quality of the Support services.The individual will be responsible for driving technical direction of the project involving decision-making, interaction with other groups, and project management. The team leader will have people and communication skills. The team Leader has the following responsibilities:Take the lead of the Workstations and Systems Engineering support services.Manage workload and communication between daytime and night time shifts.Undertake very complex tasks within the team and provide technical expertise to others.Ensure that all out of line operational issues are escalated in accordance with the technical escalation process. Experience of Supporting a windows 2000 enviroment is essential.
